Why ITandME Exists

No Such Thing as a "Small" Client

ITandME was built for the businesses that big IT vendors treat as an afterthought. Here's why, and what that means for you.

A Note From the Founder

Why I Started ITandME

I started ITandME because I saw a real need among small businesses. For years I sat on the other side of the table and watched IT vendors take advantage of them. To those vendors, a ten-person office or an independent clinic was the "small" client: the last call returned, the first quote padded, the ticket that could wait until Monday.

ITandME is here to eliminate that feeling.

I've seen what that neglect costs. Owners get locked into contracts they don't understand and billed for hardware they didn't need. Their passwords and documentation stay with the vendor, so leaving feels impossible. And when something breaks, they're stuck waiting in a queue behind the bigger accounts.

Small businesses aren't small to the people who run them. They're payroll for their employees, care for their patients, and years of someone's life. They deserve an IT partner who treats their network like it matters, because it does.

So I built ITandME around one idea: every client gets the same responsiveness, honesty, and technical depth a large enterprise would demand. I bring my background in network engineering and healthcare IT, including HL7 interfaces and lab systems, to every client, whether that's a two-person office in the Highlands or a multi-site practice.

The ITandME Promise

What "No Small Clients" Looks Like

These aren't slogans. They're the specific things we do differently from the vendors I used to watch.

Same Priority for Everyone

Your call isn't ranked by the size of your invoice. A local tech who knows your setup picks up.

Straight Answers, Clear Pricing

Plain-English recommendations and quotes you can read, with no padded line items and no surprise invoices.

You Own Your Keys

Passwords, network maps, and licenses stay in your name. You'll never be held hostage by your IT provider.

Your Advocate With Vendors

We deal with the ISP, the software company, and the copier rep for you, and we make sure they don't treat you like the small client either.

Right-Sized, Not Up-Sold

We recommend what fits your business today and plan for tomorrow. You won't get enterprise gear you don't need.

Local Accountability

We live and work here. Our reputation in Louisville is built one client at a time, and we can show up in person.
